It’s going to the dogs here in Cape Coral!

rotary_park_400Dogs of all sizes have their own real estate slice of paradise right here in Sunny Cape Coral; The Wagging Tails Dog Park located in Rotary Park is the Doggy Social hot Spot in Cape Coral.

This dog fun spot features two separate areas,  one for the small dogs and one for the larger dogs.  Both areas are gated and have large areas for the dogs to run and play with large grassy areas and shade trees, this is a dog’s paradise!  The Wagging tails dog park offers dogs the chance to interact with other dogs if they want to or just run and explore the gated park area to their hearts content!  It’s not just all about the dogs here in the Wagging Tails Dog Park either, it’s also a great place for fellow dog lovers and owners to socialize as well and hang out and enjoy the park while watching the dogs play

In order to enjoy this doggy paradise you will have to register your dog and also have proof of up-to-date vaccination records and pay a low annual fee. The Fees are for a Cape Coral resident 15.00 per dog annually and for non- residents its 30.00 per dog annually.

It’s very easy to register; you will need your proof of up-to-date vaccination records, which shows        up-to –date, distemper, parvo, rabies and hepatitis for each dog (you can get this from your vet). For the Cape Coral residents you will need, Proof of residency which would be your current Florida license. Also you will need to fill out the Dog Parks registration forms.  For Non-residents you will need proof of up to date Vaccination records and your registration forms and your fee.

You can register your dogs at The Rotary Park Office from 8:00-3:30 Monday –Saturday. The Rotary Park Office is rotary_park_2_400located right by the dog park at 5505 Rose Garden Road, Cape Coral 33914. You can also call them at 239-549-4606 for more information. Title Junction wrote: This is a smart move that more and more cities are making. Dog parks are a big draw for homebuyers who want an open area where their dogs can run free. The fact that proof of vaccinations are required for use adds a level of safety to ease users' minds too. Good idea to get the word out about these parks, Mary!
