Cape Harbour
This prestigious yachting community is located in Southwest Cape Coral, off of Chiquita Blvd, south of El Dorado.
The properties, most with private docks along the canals, makes this community a boater’s dream. Cape Harbour is just moment’s away from the Gulf of Mexico, Sanibel Island, Pine Island Sound, and Fort Myers Beach. The deepwater access is perfect for sailboats as well.
Amenities include five restaurants, eclectic boutiques, a spa, and an art gallery–all located on a bustling waterfront boardwalk. The Marina at Cape Harbour offers over 70 deepwater slips, a boathouse, and a clubhouse.
Cape Harbour neighborhoods include:
- Harbour Pointe – A single family home gated community with deepwater and lakefront properties
- Harbour Preserve – 79 deepwater estates located on a gated, private island
- Marina South and Marina South II – Luxury high rise condos
Eight Lakes Neighborhood
This unique area consists of waterfront properties surrounding Thunderbird and Britannia Lakes. Located in the Southeast, some of these Cape Coral waterfront homes offer gulf access boating.
Emerald Cove
A Southwest Cape Coral gated community with just over 100 homes, of which approximately 30 waterfront properties, located on Weatherly Lake with access to the entire Seven Lake Chain.

Gold Coast

Palaco Grande residents enjoy unrestricted deepwater sailboat access to the Gulf of Mexico. Riverfront homes as well as larger canal properties make up this beautiful neighborhood.
Savona and Cornwallis are established neighborhoods featuring sailboat access and boating directly to the gulf. The mix of newer estates and vintage old Florida style homes make this a highly sought after area.
Beach Parkway is mainly dominated by condos located directly on riverfront gulf access canals with breathtaking views of the Caloosahatchee River.
Hermitage
Considered one of Cape Coral’s finest neighborhoods, this gated yachting community is located at the south end of the feeder canal, just minutes from the Gulf of Mexico. By land, it is at the southernmost point of Chiquita Blvd. Nineteen luxurious estates make up this neighborhood.
Riverside Drive Neighborhood
Nestled in Southeast Cape, this luxurious riverfront neighborhood is situated on the Caloosahatchee River with boating access on an 80 ft wide canal, just a short distance from the Gulf of Mexico.
Tarpon Point
A beautiful, gated, waterfront community conveniently located in Southwest Cape Coral, just off Pelican Boulevard south of Cape Coral Parkway. With Mediterranean architecture, these lovely homes enjoy breathtaking water and preserve views. Single family homes are located in Tarpon Estates and Tarpon Gardens.
West Cape Estates
A small, elite, gated community that features a total of 28 estates of which16 of them are waterfront, with direct Gulf access. Located in Northwest Cape Coral on Burnt Store Road, these large over-sized lots provide both privacy and luxurious estate living. Amenities include jogging and walking trails, tennis courts and a fitness center.
Yacht Club Area
When the term “location, location, location” was coined, this area must have been on the list. A perfect location in Southeast Cape Coral, this is one of the city’s finest neighborhoods. The fine waterfront estates of the Yacht Club area have outstanding deep water, direct sailboat access boating not far from the Gulf of Mexico.
