To whom it may concern.
Deciding to buy property in the Cape Coral and Ft Myers area we asked our friends who live in the area about finding an honest, knowledgeable and reliable Realtor. We immediately were told by quite a few of our acquaintances about the Sporleder-Ray team. Upon our friends advice we contacted them via email on their web site.
They responded to our inquiries and continued over the next several weeks to send us updated info on the area and properties that met our criteria. Knowing our lack of knowledge with the Cape Coral and Ft Myers area, they went out of their way to show us all that the areas had to offer: Entertainment, schools, shopping boating local attractions and businesses. Also we were totally unfamiliar with Construction and quality of the homes and condos in the areas. They were an immense help in pointing out the pros and cons of each.
After much exploring of both Ft Myers and Cape coral with their tireless help which included most of the weekend and evenings as well. We wrote contracts on both a personal home and an investment condo.
Much to our surprise they didn't stop at getting a signed contract, they walked us thru and stayed by our side during every step of the process: Home inspections, talking to our mortgage company also the title company basically handling all the details and making the process of our home purchase smooth and problem free. They kept us informed every step of the way this also included updated pictures of the building of our condo.
It didn't just stop there. After both of our new homes had closed and the deal was done, they went out of their way to help us with movers and contacting all the companies and business we needed to get our homes going.
We would highly recommend Mary Ray of the Sporleder-Ray group to anyone looking to buy a home in SW Florida.

Dear David Sporleder,
Working as a Mortgage Broker, I deal with good and bad Realtors.....bad ones almost on a daily basis. When my sister was moving 300 miles away, I was somewhat concerned since I wouldn't be able to recommend a good realtor. She started looking at houses and it wasn't long before she found the one for her. Using David's services she made an offer. Once the property was picked out, I started working with David on the transaction.
With the complexity of Real Estate transactions and the number of people involved, communication and staying on top of things is IMPORTANT! It didn't take long for me to notice David's efforts. He stayed on top of things the entire transaction. Near the end there were a couple bumps (nothing that was his fault) right before the closing. He continued to stay on top of things and working together, we were able to clear the last hurdles.
Working with David was an enjoyable expierence. He was up front, knew what was needed to get done, and did what was necessary to get it done.
