The Cape Royal Homeowners’ Association is pleased to announce the purchase of the Royal Tee Golf Club was consummated on January 20, 2017.   Also, effective January 30th, the Cape Royal HOA entered into a 10 year lease agreement with Green Golf Partners to operate the Royal Tee Golf Club.   Its name will be changed to the Cape Royal Golf Club in the near future.   Full operation of the golf club is not anticipated before late summer, 2017.
